When I first came across this apartment, I thought it was beautiful. Looks are deceiving! Once I moved there, I felt like I was staying in government subsidized housing. Construction on these apartments is CHEAP!!! Shower rods fell on me and my 4 year old nephew while he was taking a bath, toilets forever ran water, I was hearing my neighbors next to me and upstairs taking showers, watching tv, singing along to the music they was playing, flushing toilets, talking on the phone, having sex, and snoring. NOT TO MENTION THE PEST CONTROL SERVICE THAT WAS MIA! Maintenance made a sad attempt to fix my tub. I could have gotten my 2 year old to fix it with his play-do. It took them a MONTH and still did not fix it. I got tired of calling them. Front office is clueless except for one individual, Heather. These females act like they don't want to help anyone while you are there (maybe I had the wrong skin color for that side of town), but OMG, when you move out...getting a deposit check from them is like squeezing blood from a turnip. Yet, they have the audacity to tell you that if there is a balance remaining on your bills, they will immediately report you to collections the day after you move out. 2 words...screw you! It was literally months before I saw my deposit refund, and that was after calling the leasing office EVERYDAY for weeks, calling the district manager 3 times, and calling corporate EVERYDAY!

If you don't want high blood pressure and increased stress instead of the bull (expletive)"serenity" that they claim, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Well duhhhhhhhhh I didn't (DUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHH)you obviously think it is quite okay to be lied to about your stay at a place and have them not do anything about it, and then them taking forever and a day to give you a refund THAT THEY TELL YOU IN THE BEGINNING you should have withing 10 days after you move out. Bunch of idiots...
