The apartments are very nice. Maintenance requests are taken careo f for the most part. They need to check on the quality of repairs as they state it is complete, but really not. The whole Benchmark system is expensive and will cost Stonegate customers. I pay and average of $149.00 for phone, cable and internet. You cannot get a decent long distance plan. Staff is very good, but are limited by the owners. Ocerall really nice place to live for a year or two.
