Unfortunately I write this review while still living in this hell hole. To begin with, management is a joke. They lie about their office hours because no one is available for help...be prepared to leave messages which more than likely will never be replied to. If you are one of the lucky few to speak with a live person from management, expect rude and unprofessional treatment. Upon viewing the exterior of the apartments, it appears that termites have become Summerchase's favorite tenant. If you need repairs within your apartment, expect a 1-3 month delay with no apology. As mentioned in all of the previous negative reviews, save yourself from hell and look elsewhere. Just a friendly warning!
