Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The management doesn't have a clue as to what's going on and wouldn't care if they did. Criminal element tenants are welcome. They can commit crimes on the premises and management is aware but doesn't care. Rooms flood when it rains and nothing gets done. A late notice is put on your door when you pay your rent early. DON'T MOVE HERE IS YOU ARE A DESCENT PERSON.
