I am back to tell more updated info. as I'm still "living in hell!" 1) I called maintenance about 4 months ago JUST to come out and use their "special" tools to take out a broken lightbulb from my master bedroom overhead light and he decided he wanted to take the ENTIRE ceiling fan and light out. When he ran to the office to get a new one, he came back and tried to fix it. He couldn't fix, so he left and left all the MESS on my bed, floor (not to mention he stepped all on my bed and white chair with his nasty, muddy shoes) and the ceiling fan is STILL sitting on my floor. They won't come move it, fix it, eat it, do something with the damn thing. So, I have NO light in my bedroom and rely on a lamp which doesn't even put off enough lighting. 2) Recently, my car got broken into right off the main parking lot (area) as you drive into our apts. right in front of where I LIVE. The thief broke my window, stole my cd player and other belongings and the apts. haven't even seemed concerned about it. No courtesy call or anything. 3)I have called numerous times to complain, get unanswered questions, etc. and NOONE seems to be employed at Summerchase Apts. cause they are NEVER there. They have an answering service that doesn't know anything and their excuse no one is in the office is b/c they're "onsite". Bull#$@. Also, they say their hours are from 8:00-5:00 but they leave at like noon, EVERYday. The ONLY time management or staff acknowledges you as a tenant is when they want your MONEY for rent. That's it! Trust me! There are so many other problems I have here but my email is rather long enough. Trust me - you DO NOT want to live here. I think the low 0% rating should speak for itself. The location isn't worth it to live in this filth and low life community apts. I would find something that has a good rating whether it's too expensive or not....I think it would be worth it and you will be much happier.

Broken bulbs can be extracted with a potato. Actually, doing it yourself and having a trip to the ER would probably be less of a pain in the ass than any kind of interactions with the idiots who run this place.
