When I moved in I expected what I always get with a new apartment...clean and liveable. Here I had bugs in the tub, the stove was in the middle of the kitchen floor, dog hair was all over the carpet and still is in the cracks after cleaning consistently for 9 months, Termites were all over our building...I have pics, There have been shootings and wierd people that walk around, I did not even have all the wall paper in the bathroom. I also had no air conditioning for 3 weeks when maintenance would try to fix it they just kept doing the same thing. The stairs and lumber are falling off the balcony probably from the termites! Management will tell you they are sorry for everything and never fix anything or try to help you. I received a job in TN and they will not even try to work with me on the price of getting out of the lease. THis place has been hell for 9 months DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
