After living at this hellhole for almost a year and having my rent payments lost or posted incorrectly and suffering horrible harassment from the dumb office workers, I have decided to sue. If anyone would like to join in on this harassment lawsuit, let me know. I HAVE HAD IT!!! I have been called or left ugly notes 8 out of the 10 months I have lived at Summerchase. My rent has always been paid at least 3 days early and I go on thru the month thinking everthing is ok then get a call on my job by the unprofessional office workers wanting to know why I haven't paid my rent. After having my bank fax the office a copy of my check for last month and paying this months rent early, I thought everything was fine. WRONG!!! Got a call today at work wanting me to resolve the "issue" from last month. My God....I thought it was resolved! I can't take it anymore. I have a meeting with a lawyer this afternoon. The office staff can deal with him.

This has happened to my husband and me, as well. The people in that office seem to functioning on the level of an unintelligent third-grade child.

This place is Plagued with workers that don't do anything but leave notes on peoples doors and don't fix anything. The face lift only hid what is inside.... broken and run down and mold everywhere.

I must agree. They DO seem to be rather "Note Happy" here. I haven't lived here that long, so I'll reserve judgement on the rest of the place until a later time.
