Other reviews state that mold is a problem in this place, and I just wanted to kind of reinforce that point. Imagine living at the bottom of an abandoned well, or inside a bag of year-old, damp bread. That's the general atmosphere you'll be dealing with if you come to live here.
There are also the termites, which the staff here have presumably never heard of, as they do nothing to prevent every stick of wood around here being devoured. Well, the wood that's not already rotted, anyway... it's pretty sad.
