I like it here at summerchase. The pool is so pretty and lots of fun this time of year. Have you seen the flowers at the entrance and in front of the office. They are the prettiest I have seen anywhere. The manager and the handsome young man in the office are always so very helpful and friendly everytime I go in there. I really like the valet trash pick up. I live alone and I really hate taking trash out. This is a nice quiet neighborhood and it does not seem like there are many problems here. I lived at another property once and there was always police coming in for loud noise. I think everyone should move here. It is a great place.
