I've lived in Summerchase since Summer 2008 and have had no issues whatsoever in my 9 months or so I've lived here. The staff is friendly, and what interaction I've had with them has been all positive. Parking is more than adequate, the exterior is well-light now that the Tennis Court lighting is on at night, and the area feels safe.
My only complaint is that some residents don't keep their dogs on leash or clean up their droppings, but the management can't be faulted for that. The grounds are fairly well maintained. Rent was hiked up in 2009 by a few dollars a month, but is still fair for my 2bd/1ba and how conveniently located the apartment is.
The previous complaints about mold / shoddy maintenance / poor staff are completely outdated.
