I came to live here after living in a very large college town, so this apartment was definitely a nice change to the loud, all night parties I was used to my neighbors throwing.

Mainly young people live here and it is great for students. The location is awesome. There is on site laundry and a pool, and the staff is really great. The maintainence guy is the best. The apartments were recently renovated a few years ago and they look great inside. I have a nice sized balcony with a wonderful view of the city (The Terrace is perched high up on a hill). I have been very pleased with the Terrace and I will miss it when I leave. All together, with the location, view, and price, you get a great place to live for your money here.
