Good place From: cvyblazer Date posted: 3/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived here six months so far and it has been a good experience overall. It is a quite complex with good neighbors. Location is extremely convienient. Office staff is exceptional. This complex was just bought out by Crowne Partners. I think they will make improvements. They have a good reputation and I have high expectations. The worst things about these apartments is the parking lot. The parking spaces are too small and everyone has to park two inches from each other. For those of us with new cars, it is very frustrating. I will have to park on the other end of the complex where few people park to feel at ease about my car not getting banged up. The other is that the masonite siding is rotting and falling off. The new management has said that it would be repaired. I look forward to that.
