From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I too lived at CVatCH and I could not stay because of the water bill. I was on a tight budget. My last water bill was 45.28 and I only got a four day notice before it was due. This was on a 2brm 2bath apt with one person living in it.I too, was only home about 12 days out of the month, but I paid for the busted pipes that were under the parking lot that flowed water for about 2 months before they fixed it. I think that they still have some in ground pipes that are busted. As long as they can pass it on to tenants without proving how much water each tenant is using, they will! I also could never get them to level my toilet so that when you sat on it you didn't slide off.
