Not so bad! From: bdavis2608 Date posted: 6/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005 1 response   I have lived here for 3 years now and I have seen lots of people in the office come and go. The new ones are not so bad. Things are getting better. For one the landscaping looks 100% better than it did in the past years. I am not sure about the new water system but I am willing to give it a try because anything is better than paying for water that someone else used. Overall I think that if we give it some time everything will be great! Vestavia Hills/Cahaba Heights is a really nice area and everything is so close by that I don't even have to get on 280. If you are looking for an apartment in a great location and good neighbors this is your place.
