Horrible Management and NOT worth the $$$$$$!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007 1 response   I lived here a year before it was bought out to be the Crowne On Overton....I wish it was still under the previous ownership!! I started off with a reasonable price for a 1 bedroom 1 bath, now it's up to a ridiculous amount because they renovated EXTERIOR features!! Nothing like better insulation to help with the electric bill, just more money to make it look "pretty"!!! In the beginning of the year a resident was sexually assualted and recently a convicted child molester had lived here for quite a while and we were JUST notified!!! I thought there was a background check before you move into places you rent'!! I have requested ever since I've lived here to have assigned parking, being that I am a single woman living on my own, and have been ignored! Ironic HUH'!! When I first moved in the complex had a very calm vibe, now a lot of younger people are moving in and they or their friends they invite over park so ridiculously that you can't park in the spot next to them because they've taken up half the parking space!! The maintenance men are very friendly and helpful, but the management is so FAKE and CONDESCENDINGLY nice that it's insulting!! I've lived here for so long because of the convenience near my work and great community, but I'm going to take my chances and rather suffer through traffic than have to waste my money here ever again here, especially to help support the management!!
