I lived here for almost a year and I love living around my peers, having a community for just us. I also love having my own bathroom in my room, a nice contemporary set-up, and the bills, nice furniture, and rent rolled into one great rate. At the same time I hate coming home and not being able to find a parking space, especially late at night. I also have to say the walls, floors, everything is very thin and I hate hearing every footstep and action above. I'm sure they hate it under me. Overall I would recommend it to any college student.
