Collegiate Hall is the worst apartment complex in the entire world. You could live in your car and be safer. I know someone who was robbed at gunpoint outside of her apartment (I'm NOT exaggerating). My roommates car was stolen TWICE here. And, I woke up one morning to find that my car window had been punched in. $250 down the drain thanks to Collegiate Hall. The gates have only been working for the past two months, so don't let that fool you. It does nothing to keep anyone out of there anyways. Sometimes on Saturday nights there is a police officer there who is making sure people aren't just randomly going in, but this only creates a line that takes 20 minutes to get through to get to your apartment. Our washer broke and it took them not one week, not two, but a MONTH to get us a new one. Nothing here is full size. My new full comforter wouldnt even fit into the washer. The microwave is about as big as my head. There are also "Easy Bills," nicknamed affectionally as "Shady Bills." Collegiate tells you that they pay your utilities, but every month you will receive an Easy Bill for a "utility," but they don't tell you what it's for. After I did not renew my lease, I received a bill for $30. Coincidence' I think not. This place is awful and I could talk all day about it, but I think you get the point. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE $400 a month!!!!!
