When first moving in to Collegiate Hall, I was very excited. I've been here three months now and cry every other night because I want out sooo bad. I maybe haven't had quite as bad experiences as the other reviews here, but the concept of being placed with people before being able to meet them is terrible!

They have a dog and it is clearly stated that pets are not allowed. The dog makes poo poo all over the floor and its toys are constantly in the livingroom. I was going to say something to management about this, but they came in one day and PLAYED WITH THE DOG AND CALLED IT BY NAME OMG!!!!! (pray for me!) I also value a clean space and every time I have made an attempt to do so, the apartment is right back to the status before my cleaning. I work 60 hours a week and my roommates stay up until 1am or later being completely inconsiderate of you trying to sleep.

As far as the grounds, there was grass and trash all in the breezeway of the apartments that has been cleaned once in the time I've lived here. This trash gets tracked into your apartment. The gate is never closed and I see people flying through there all the time.

And people walk around throwing gang signs and saying the F-word a lot! I wish I had just lived on campus at Samford where all the good Christian people are.
