This is a terrible place to live! I moved here in October of 2004 specifically requesting a smoke free environment because of a medical condition but what I got was two roommates that smoke. They both LIED on there application saying they didnt because they did not want there parents to know. as one of them said. And theyre basically pigs with two feet. They dont clean up any of their mess especially the kitchen. Even after I've cleaned they throw parties all the time leaving all there trash all over the apartment. They also steal my stuff!
I had only been there about three months when management started threatening to go up on my rent unless I signed a new lease. They actually came to my apartment handed me a new lease and forced me to sign (Yes, Im serious) before the ink was even dry on the first. So Im stuck here until next July. Also, the move in date means nothing. Nor does filling out the profile sheet that they are supposed to use to match your roomates but they don't even look at it! The part in the lease stating that no one is allowed to sleep in the common (living) area is at the discretion of the roommates and is not enforced. I asked management about this and they told me to take it up with them.

The gates never worked and were removed shortly after the first of the year.

How did they FORCE you to sign that lease? That's ridiculous.
