Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
NOT SAFE - Beyond Awful. I was fearful for my son's safety -- so heed this warning especially for those who have daughters. Looks are definitely deceiving. Speak to past tenants -- better yet, call the local police precinct.
And WHAT is this "easy bill" for utilities' I'd like to know if the same management company that owns the apartment complex also owns this company. My son's utility "usage" seemed to double with this new "service."
