JUST SAY NO...To Collegiate Hall

Just Say No to Collegiate Hall...I would encourge all parents and students to say this when asked to lease from Collegiate Hall. Why' Is it awful. Collegiate Hall is not the place for me nor anyone that I know. The following are reasons why I would encourage you to never sign a lease at Collegiate Hall:

1. Unprofessional Management - Lashun Scott does not have any customer service/ relations skills. It is evident that she does not have any prior training in this area. A person once, said that "Your team is only as good as the leader." Well, the team at Collegiate Hall sucks! All of the workers have Lashun's nasty attitude. It is like you are speaking with a 13 year old rather than a manager at an apartment complex.

2. Not Safe - At Collegiate Hall you are more likely to get robbed rather than find a parking space. There is not enough light at night. You have to walk in the dark. Security' Not at Collegiate Hall. You may see security for one week and then they are MIA for the rest of the month. Whatever happened to the gates' Who knows. Whatever happened to the cameras' Who knows.

3. All of the apartments are dirty and infected with insects including spiders!! It seems that when you call pest control, they bring the pests to your apartment instead of getting rid of them.

4. There are numerous hidden costs. You have to watch your Easy-Bill or they will charge you and your roommates $100 a piece...which is horrible. This means that your electric bill was over $420. Because each of you get $40 and $40 * 3 = $120 and all of that is suppose to be your electric bill allowance...but you still get electric statements. With an electric bill like that you might as well get a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house.

5. It is suppose to be student residences; however, these students must be majoring in arm robbery and Street Pharmacy 101. Every day when I come home, I fear for my life. There are always "thugs" hanging in the street and doing transactions.

6. Noise - If you are a student then, Collegiate Hall is definetly not the place for you. From about 8pm - 4am in the morning is non-stop noise - hollering, loud music, and sex. I guess these individuals are different types of students too.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A LEASE TO STAY IN COLLEGIATE HALL...THIS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU WILL REGRET...I WAS ALWAYS TAUGHT THAT THERE IS A LESSON TO BE LEARNED OUT OFF EVERYTHING THAT ONE GOES THROUGH...BUT NO ONE NEEDS TO LEARN THIS LESSON. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY.
