Do not stay there because it will only be another horrible ecperience to add to your life.
1.)The mangaer who everyone else has named(L.S.) has a very nasty attitude. However there is a person in the office that would qualify as a manager (Sabrina). If possible talk to her she has the best attitude!

2.)The apartments on the first floor has spider issues

3.)The hot summer weather brings some type of fruit flies into the apartment(which they claim they can't fix).

4.)The complex is not safe because the gates originally didn't work and then they eventually took them away completely

5.)There is a long fence behind building 4(it runs behind other buildings as well)(I guess it's there to divide collegiate hall from the other buildings behind the complex) which is a gateway for robbers outside of collegiate,(don't get me wrong some of the robbers live in collegiate hall) but the robbers jump the fence steal cd players out cars, break ground level bedroom windows to enter apartments, and simply jump the fence again. There are no lights on the back side of building 4 supplied by the copmlex, the only lights back there is the light connected to the back patio(it gives off enough light for the patio, but it does not reach the patch of woods and the fence)
