When I first moved in there was still a gate to keep the flow of drug traffic and crime at a minimum. Then there was supposed to be guards, but they are only there certain nites at certain times and wave everybody thru without even checking 90% of the time! When the do check (and that is only if their supervisor is there) then it backs traffic way up! Bugs have become a major problem, esp roaches! The drain clog often sue to the pipes and the rommate matching has been the worst predicament I have ever found myself in! The noise is constant and the breezeways are often dirty! Also shootings/gunfire has become a regular occurance. In addition, crime due to drugs, theft, etc. have often felt threathening conquences for mslef who is a law abiding Christian woman. My biggest regret in all of life thus far has been renewing my lease and I won't make that mistake again! DO NOT RENT HERE!
