Collegiate Hall was a very nice place when it opened up. A voodoo curse was placed on the complex by a disgruntled individual during the first three months of the apartment's opening. The clubhouse area and each apartment has been marked. This person had access to each apartment. Since that time nothing good has happened at the complex. I know this sounds crazy or at the least silly, but I did witness the curse being placed.

So...beware. There is blood marking the walls of every apartment in the complex.

You are so dumb. A voodoo curse? That is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe you should consider your next apartment to have padded walls.
