If you thinking about moving to Collegiate Hall please... think again, this is a horrible place to live trust me I stayed here for two years and when my lease is up in July in MIA! To many young dumb black folks that don't know how to act and is glad to be away from home stay here. There is a big drug problem and the managers know about it because the people who sell it say they are cool with LaShuan the apt. manager who is also messy as hell and very unprofessional. And don't get me started on maintence with there SORRY BUTTS.... I put in a request and it takes them forever to fit the DAMN problem. I thought this suppose to be a college setting it turn into family life. People are moving in with kids and boyfriends. By the way I absolutely hated my roomate with her messy, retarted, slow talking self. Also parking sucks!
