I have lived here for 2 yrs, and can tell you the place is ----!! Before I let you know about the people in the office... The place is not that bad if you pay your rent on time (its best to pay them ahead of time and be sure to keep all reciepts, for they are known to ---- up). Roommates are best if you know at least of the person, but if you don't like Momma always say, "Tend to your own business and you will be alright!" I thought when they got rid of that ----- Lashun, that ---- would get better! Boy was I WRONG!!! Tammy (the new manager) is cool, but the leasing agents all except Sadarius, Courtney, and Ebony(cool sometimes) are ------!! The fat ass one named Tasha should be fired (her attitude will make you want to run over her with your car and if you go to UAB and see her on campus you know what Im talking about), Carlos is too busy being nosey (make sure you stay clear of him cause he just like a -----.. he will put all you biz out if he knows it, hell if he don't know it he will tell it!) Vanessa just don't have a clue (don't really know her so can't say much), That --- Keith that got Erica (the other manager) fired is out to make everyone's life a living hell (BEWARE OF HIS ASS for I think that he is one of them types who is just out for all he can get)! This review was written by someone who really has done there homework on this complex.. I though this would help you if you really wanted to know whats up at the wonderful glorious Collegiate Hall oh excuse me "CAMPUS HEIGHTS"!

you are as dumb as you sound every thing you wrote about is a ------- lie you need a life. i know who you are you d--- sucking hoe you robbed some one to pay your rent thats right suck up to the manager i would to if you were all most kicked out lol.your friends do talk ass. you need to clean your mouth out you got hair in it.you know who you are you dirty stiking roach in yo ass stained mouth you know the rest bi--h. dont talk about my cousin any more are yo a-- is as good as got.nice are bad i already dont like you.

both of you are childish you have the staff all wrong ebony(needs to be in a wart some ware because she need to be checked split personalit) carlos needs to be coached in talking or hooked on phonics.tasha is really crazy now hitting her with a car is not that deep.candice just a reject to society vanessa is very slow but nice courtney is very nice but she need to stop with those tight a-- pants are get a bigger size please. keith was a jack a-- he is so damn fat with those to small pants every time i came in there he was eating cookies i could see his crack. but any way the whole entire office needs to be fired because that new manager did not want my friend to live there because they did not clean the apartment and she wants to get mad i could go on and on about her but no need to take a survey the residents will tell you that you need to put a camera in the office and watch close.

i think that tasha is a nice person and some of the others she tasha movied me in she was the best but just from setting it the office the managers were cousing if i work there i would not stay clear of them tasha was the one that sold me the proprety i talk to her from time to time she says that she just tries to stay away from that mess. just keep on being who you are i also have a crush on her
