Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I was excited August '05 because I was moving out of the dorms at UAB; however, I now wish that I'd stayed. Besides being ambushed by roaches and rats, the people there are so loud, boisterous, careless, and immature. People were rolling blunts on the doorstep. I heard gunshots and feared for my life on numerous occassions, and my car was egged several times. I dreaded going home everyday.
Furthermore, maintenance and management sucks. They don't respond to your issues for at least a week. My roommates' carpet was flooded out, and maintenance came 2 days later at 11 P.M. How convenient huh'
