I still think this is a great place too live!!!! I have lived here since November of 2002. Yes, recently my neighbors are disrespectful to me and my roomate due to the noise that comes from above us. But that's it. I haven't seen any prostitution or drug-use going on here. From what I've seen, the new management has really taken control as to the trouble going on here. This place has sheriffs patroling the area. If a tenant does have some routy guests, the sheriff gets rid of them immediately. Maranda has really changed this place. She even puts out a community news paper so tenants can be informed of any changes in the upcoming months. I would recommend this place to anyone. All that we need is good people coming in here. As far as the ALLEGED drug dealing and prostitution that SUPPOSEDLY takes place, well every tenant, that lives here can stop that. It's called being observant of the car behind you. If you are entering this complex and you another vehicle behind you, pull over next to the dumpsters and let that vehicle by. If it pulls over to the gate where you have to call someone that lives here, then that person, in that vehicle, doesn't live here. Therefore, if you know that you have the "key" to get in, wait until that other vehicle is either allowed by the tenant being visited to enter or wait until the vehicle has turned around and exited the complex. If you let that vehicle in, then you are creating the problem. So every tenant can make this complex a great place to live if they are OBSERVANT to their surroundings. Oh by the way, if anyone still continues to say, "This place allows drug dealers and prostitution to go on here", I wouldn't give any credit to those former tenants. The wouldn't say that unless THEY WERE PARTICIPATING IN THE DRUG DEALING AND THE PROSTITUTION!!! Let's see what you have to say about that!!!!! My email is corson256@gmail.com. Ok, I don???t even live here and am laughing. I actually live up the hill and smell marijuana coming from that complex when I drive by at night. Only druggies, prostitutes, and out-of-towners who didn???t know any better live here; save yourself some trouble if you not one of those. I hear sirens in their direction almost nightly, makes the neighborhood look bad.

yeah! anonymous is right i had an ex stay there and the place was horrible. roaches everywhere, trash, and noisy ass boys and ghetto ass girls, oh! and the drugs and pros in different area codes so ---- campus heigt move out while u can!!!!!! so shiftygoat go to hell cause u a lame but its understandable u taking up for ur man!!!!

Yeah right.. I stayed in these apartment when they first opened up in the Fall of 2001.....It's now 2008..NEVER EVER AGAIN...
