Advice for future tenants.

Campus Heights have both pros and cons. The price is great and there is a washer and dryer in every unit. Although, there are alot of down sides to the community.
-The front office is very unprofessional. Upon first moving in, the apartment was trashed. The tubs were dirty. There was dirty laundry left in the washer and dryer. Food was still left in the microwave, frigerator, and oven. After informing the office manager, she told that it was my problem because I was staying with a prior tenant. ( A word of encouragement: Inspect your apartment before signing the least.)
-They have lost rent checks on several occasions.
-They do have a computer lab that is quite convenient, but only two computer are in order.
-The noise level is a problem. Although, I expected that when I first moved in.
-Utilities are not free. I got a utility bill almost every month until I called the utility company, who said is must have been a mistakes. So, always check your meters before paying your bills.
-Parking is horrible. There are always parking spots, but no matter where I park, someone always hit my car with there door. I need a new paint job, since moving to Campus Heights.
-Always get things in writing. I was told that the front entrance gate would be working in a month, once everyone had moved in, and it took 8 months.
-beware of drug houses and dealers, because there are alot of criminal activities taking place in this college community.
-Although this is college apartment, not all the dwellers are in college. So, take necessary precautions.
