I resided in this complex from August 2004 until July 2007, and I actually enjoyed my stay here. I loved the spacious bedroom and bathroom, and the price wasn't bad. Utility bills weren't a big issue; I got them maybe 5 times tops. The management team was ok. Parking was a big issue, though, especially when coming home at night. I used to have to park very far and I didn't feel safe walking to my building. There was often times when random guys would just be loitering outside, smoking weed and drinking. Sometimes it could get pretty noisy out there, but my building (3) wasn't that bad. Other than that, I can truly say my experience wasn't bad.
