The Heights, as it is now called is awful! The staff is extremely rude as soon as they know your lease is signed. When you call they do not help and if they get upset even if you are not cursing or raising your voice they hang up in your face. This "new" office staff has even hung up on my mother, which is beyond rude. She does not curse or scream so the fact they would do that was just beyond me. The office avoids assisting you if they know it is a problem that they need to take care of. Just horrible customer service from the front desk to management and to top that off, they won t even give you the address or phone number to anyone above them so you can formally complain. They once had a manager named Maranda, which was very nice and made sure that her employees were not rude to the tenants who are very important. If I come to you with a problem and you care and try to take care of it I personally feel a lot better than if you ignore me. Where she went I can only wonder because the staff now is beyond awful. Past that, the gate is constantly broken, and even with the cops drugs are constantly in rotation. And though cops do sit by the gate at night they are always sleep in the car. What good is that' There are little critters no matter how clean you keep your home. It is just not a place I would recommend to anyone. They have changed their name 3 times in the last 2 years. That should say a lot there! They may be nice when you go to apply but the first time you need anything jus flat out rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone and as soon as my lease is up I m gone.

I use to work in the office up until July when I transfered. Are you serious that the gates are still not fixed??? Wow. I am sorry that your so unhappy there, when i was there I went out of my way to be nice to people
