I dont take talking or downgrading pepole
or property serious, you need to see it first hand . As they say a picture worth a thousand ,well this is true a have spent the weekend looking for an apt ,I ask talk to pepole look around and make sure im getting my moneys worth and this place looks great from the road drive through looks ok then a little closer kids running around throwing balls around cars and trying to jump out in front of me,well this normal sometimes,Parked looked around looks nice grass is kinda HIGH there was one tree knocked down that I could see.My plan as usall walk around and you will know if this is the place the say you should move into,It was good a good day to walk,I could bleave the cars parked everywhere up on the grass music coming from apt with colleage age kids drinking a bud on the balcony , Kids eveerywhere runing I counted 4 adults
the pest problem was bad fleas jumped into my sock , dogs were allowed to use the bathroom in front of aptments on the grass and sidwalk one corner were the tree was down there were dog mess on the grass in front of lower apts. I have seen enough and made a smart move and found the place for me and it was not here.Please when your looking at another apartments look around before you go into the main office talk to pepole not every one lies.
