We looked all over 280 and this was definitely the best apt community to raise our kids in. Some of the newer places we looked at didn't seem to be very child-friendly or the apts were too small, too expensive, etc. This place isn't new, but I think it's still nice. We have good neighbors, also. The landscaping is nice and I notice that they keep the bushes around the buildings trimmed low, unlike some places we looked at. This makes me feel safer! The Maintenance men are pretty good and the ladies in the office have always been nice to us - especially to our kids. They always wave and say hi and remember our names. This was important to us! We are looking for a house now, but have really liked it here. I do recommend this community.
