DON'T MOVE HERE

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This was a fairly nice place when I moved in. It has gone down hill. The grounds are not kept up. They stopped pest control. It is only by request. The quality of tennant has decreased. A convicted child rapist moved in last month and my neighbors children were taken away for alleged drug use and sexual abuse. When my lease was up the Meadows wanted to increase my rent to $30 less than rent at Lake Heather Reserve. The 2 aparments do not compare.
