It's wonderful that people are able to express their opinions openly where they can be useful tools to assist others in finding a home. However, it's sad that some people choose to use this tool as a way to get revenge on the staff of a community because they are angry over having to pay fees for late rent or bounced checks, or getting a rent increase. While every place has it's share of problems, this is a very nice community overall, and the price is more than fair for what you get! Understand that any fool can say whatever they want on this site, true or not. The best way to make an educated, informed decision is to visit the apartments you are interested in and check them out yourself, not be influenced by hateful lies.
