It seems like this complex is inhabited mostly by feral children. They are everywhere, jumping out in front of your car when you are trying to get home, swinging from gym equipment like monkeys, using your porch decor for pinatas, throwing lounge chairs into the pool, and skateboarding on the tennis courts. There is only so much management can do, but where are their parents'

People park illegally all over the complex, and there are many vehicles with missing or flat tires that have not been moved in ages. The gym equipment on the Park side has been broken for over a year, but the Lake side is very nice. The interiors of the apartments need updating aesthetically, but maintenance was generally quick to respond when there were emergency issues (I had a water heater that broke multiple times).

You may get some crime alert notices on your door (I think it's good that the management cares enough to notify you), and there are some scary looking people that wander around at all hours. The units are not insulated very well, and I had the unfortunate luck to get stuck in a building of "fighters." I had folks about me at the beginning of my lease that liked to yell at all hours of the night and throw things off the balcony above me, and some younger kids that moved in towards the end that liked to throw their other roommates' belongings into the parking lot. I hope some of their clothes got stuck in dog feces - I'm sure it did, because it is EVERYWHERE.

All in all, it seems like management should do a better job of screening their applicants, and fining or disciplining tenants when they don't follow the rules. However, they are not babysitters and cannot be everywhere at once. A little too expensive for the quality (or lack thereof) of the living experience.
