I am absolutely horrified with the staff of this complex! Apparently, the new management staff does not know how to manage anything! The water heater in the apartment above mine busted and I was forced to move out for 10 days! I was told to use my own personal credit card to pay for a hotel room.They refused to prorate my rent for the days that I was absent and refused to replace any of my things that were damaged due to their faulty water heater.My things were damaged while they were replacing my carpet.They don't care! My apartment still smells like mildew and I have seen mold growing on my walls twice since moving back in! Ants were a huge problem all summer- they never sent anyone to spray. Roaches are a big problem too. Several neighbbors have complained as well and would not have renewed leases if they had known about the new managers! All are moving when leases are up as will I...
