My husband and I moved into the meadows last Nov. After 6 months we left, it was an awful experience. The first day we moved in we already had trouble, our apartment was infested with fleas! We called the office and they told us 2 go to pet smart and buy fleabombs. We had to take care of this problem our self. Our sink and shower drains were constantly clogged. My dishwasher was always flooding. And the roaches...thats another story. My husband and I had our first child in may and moved out right before she was born..Mainly because Our air broke and they refused to fix it. The office told me that was part of living on the top floor and to basically deal with it. I continued to pay rent for the next 6 months of my lease because i didn't want to deal with them and trying to break it. This should tell you how bad it was for us. I paid $740.00 on a one bedroom and couldn't even bare to live there!!!! Please, do your self a favor and don't rent here. Oh and another thing, the lights went out on the walk way in front of the apartment and they did nothing about it for 3 weeks, I felt so unsafe just walking to my own car at night. &&& constant eviction notices about "not paying a pet deposit"...I've never even had a pet!

Well we didnt have fleas but OMG the roaches! All of the sinks drain very slowly and the showers too. At least they fixed your lights on your walkway, ours were out the entire year we lived there. I hate to hear you paid that much for such a crappy apartment, seeing as how we only paid 600.00/ month for a two bedroom on the top floor. The maint. guys suk, they put the handles on the sinks backwards after kinda repairing them, so you had to turn them off when you wanted on and on when you wanted off. Sooooo frustrating. I wonder if they ever found that firewood I left...........ha ha ha. inside joke.
