I have lived here since July 2007 and I never knew of this site until a friend of mine was looking to move here and read about this place.

I moved here from another state and I knew that in itself would be very difficult considering I knew NO ONE or ANYTHING about this area. The office staff treated me as if I were their friend. Natasha showed me the apartments and told me all about the area. Everyone was very nice, as they always are when you first move in, but I have lived in apartments my whole life and I know the routine- you move in and they forget about you... Maintenance has to go out on emergencies first and then everything else BUT-- Things are different here! Everytime I would call the office, the office staff was always so nice to me and assured me my problems would be taken care immediately. I always talk to Natasha as she is the one who seems to be the best at always get stuff done and she always checks on me and how my children are. Everytime I call for maintenance they have always been so nice and taken care of my problems the same day. The Main Maintenance guy goes by "D" and he knows me by name and always says hi to me and my girls. One time I was trying to get my groceries out of the car and he and the other maintenance gentleman helped me, without me even asking. Little things like that are what makes me enjoy this place so much. The complex is under new management and that scares me. "D" no longer works there, and they have a new maintenance person, but there is only one and he is trying to work on both the "lakeside" and the "parkside" (our complex is 2 different complexes combined). The office has remained nice and the complex is staring to look better with the trash being picked up. They have also told me that they are going to start building new fitness centers and a "cyber cafe" which is something this complex could sure use. I just hope everything continues to go as good as it has been for me thus far. I would recommend living here to everyone I know. For once in my life I actually enjoy coming home.

Your crazy, I hate coming home. The old maintenance staff wouldnt do anything unless your were a pretty women. The new maintenance supervisor is nice though and is doing very well. Old maintenance wouldnt even pick up the trash outside. Natasha is nice but is easier to sell units like that. I wouldnt recomment this to anyone, not until we see what changes will be made. I had to threaten to get a lawyer, just to get the neighbor to make their dog shut up that was being abandoned on their balcony 24/7. We complained to the office and the old corporate office at least 15 times with no resolve.
