This is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I have had problems since day one. On the first day of moving in my dishwasher broke; it took them 2 weeks to fix it. In the meantime, the faucet in my kitchen broke (where exactly am I supposed to wash dishes now'!') My apartment almost burned down because of a faulty wiring system in the washroom (the dryer outlet melted). The water heater leaked into the hallway, flooding my hallway. Now my entire building has a HUGE mice infestation. We have had the problem for a month now and the only thing the complex has done is put 4 bait boxes outside which is not helping out at all! To top it all off I found mice droppings in my daughters crib and the only thing the office staff can say is "Ew! I don't want to hear the details!" The maintenance staff was supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and plug the holes under my sink and behind my fridge to keep them from coming into my apartment and they have yet to do so. I would never recommend these apartments to ANYONE; not even my worst enemy!

I never experienced those issues when I lived there for 18 months. When you have issues as this, please remember that it is unfortunate that you will have the burden to stay on top of them correcting matters. You have rights as a tenant and nothing should take that long to correct. Be courteous but firm and speak with property manager, not their staff. Are you still living there?
