I have only lived here a month, but it has been fun. The girls in the office are great. They have helped me with some silly stuff. I haven't had any maintenance problems, so I don't know the response time but I do know I asked how to hang the curtain rods I bought and they said don't worry we will hang them for you. So far it has been worth the money. I did get $300 off my first months rent which was also nice. I have not regretted my choice.
