I was moved to Birmingham for a short period for work. Clark (the manager) was great at closing the deal, but treated his employees like dirt. He was moved this past summer to a different complex and all of the sudden things seem to be better from a management standpoint.
The pool seen is obnoxious and every white trash Alabama person seems to gravitate to the Parc @ Cahaba River during the summertime! I heard they used to have an ID system to prevent ousiders from visiting but that has obviously gone away. If ER Management reads this, PLEASE reinstate the ID system, you have a severe problem of neighboring communities utilizing the PAC ammenities.
The complex was clean and the residents were all professionals. If you are moving to Birmingham for the first time, this should be higher up on your list. They charge a bit more, but it filters out the families of 10 that like to cram into a 2 bedroom apartment and have their kids running around like stray dogs. All in all, my experience ended on a positive note and there are several reasons why PAC should be choosen!
