I lived there for 1 year in 2003, awesome place, I mean please, they walked my dog and brought packages to my apt when I couldn't, I never heard my neighbors except when I was talking to them, I did kill some ants and maybe a spider or two, but thats a problem you could have living in a house in BEVERLY HILLS!! How could anyone not enjoy living there'' I plan to move back there in January when I move back to BHAM. They did increase me $50.00 after my 1st 6 months, but that wasn't near as much as having to move. Besides it was worth it. I'll be back soon!!!!!!!!

I'm beginning to believe the only positive posts on here are bogus from the employees. They are all either too good to be true, or really, really bad. I came to look at the apts yesterday and was going to sign a lease today, but now I don't think so...
