I have really enjoyed living here at the Parc it is usually quiet and safe. Things do happen here just as they do at other properties. It is not the property it is the PEOPLE that live here that cause many of the problems. Maybe the Parc could do a back groud check along with your credit history report to see what type of people they are letting live hear (would you like that')
Oh yeah, I have one suggestion, the vanity area would be better utalized if it was converted into a desk with built in shelves. It would be great for residents with computers. One other thing to help on the continuous replacement of flooring in the kitchen replace it with ceramic tile like in the foyer it would save alot of money in the long run (all so the bathrooms)
