My experience was horrible from day one. I began to move my things in on the first day only to find WORMS, both dead and alive, all around the perimeter of the carpet! That was followed by a roach problem, residents across from me that partied all night and even threw kegs off of their balcony one night. My upstairs neighbors kept their dog and full trash bags outside on their patio, so when I sat on my patio below I had to contend with goo from the garbage dripping on me and had to call FOUR TIMES about being PEED on by the dog that was kept on the balcony above me. I was only called back about this once, was assured that it should not be a problem in the future but, of course, it was. No problem that I reported was ever resolved and rarely acknowledged. If you plan on living with another person, having enough hot water will be a problem. I didn't mind the high rent because I felt it was worth the quality, 24 hour, "full service lifestyle" they promised. The service was horrible. Turn over in the office is very high, so the people that are supposed to be dealing with your problem may not be there the next day. To add insult to injury, I recieved a bogus bill for over a thousand dollars for carpet damage that was caused by their leaky pipe and their leaky dishwashwer that they were slow to respond to! Bottom line, you don't get what you pay for and they will try to squeeze every dime they can out of you.
