Yes, the rent is higher than most. However, if you are looking for a luxury apartment in Birmingham the Parc at Cahaba River is about it. The level of service is that of a four star hotel. They have checked my mail, fed my cat, and watered my plants when I was out of town for several weeks at a time. The staff has always been helpful and make me feel at home. It's the first apartment that really feels like a house but even better. I feel other reviews regarding this apt. are basing their opinions just on price, and should consider the services they receive. if you want a cheap roof over your head go elsewhere. if you want a nice,clean,safe apartment and willing to pay it I highly recommend this place.

They do show favoritism amoung residents and charge higher rent to those they do not like. As for the pet monitoring service, they rarely walked my pet when they said they would.
