They lied to my face and they will lie to yours as well

I moved into the Parc with great expectations of a âfull service lifestyleâ but once things began to break in the apartment I realized the lies. The main reason for my decision to sign a lease was the promise of repairs within a 48 hour period or a return on my rent. They prominently display this lie in the leasing office. I have rented before at complexes where repairs go weeks before maintenance fixes the problems, but they assured me this would not happen and I signed agreeing to pay over 800 a month for this promise. I am a reasonable and understanding person. However, weeks would go by, and only after repeatedly calling to complain would things get fixed. I was never compensated and everyone had a pile of excuses for the way things are run. The employees, the manager and the regional manager lied to me. On one occasion they actually laughed that parts ordered for my apartment were given to another apartment, and I would have to wait for more parts to be ordered. I could go on about the noise of my neighbors at all hours of the day and night, the fact that people do not clean up after their pets, the speeding cars through the parking lot, the cyber cafà with broken computers, and all the other great amenities I paid too much for. Take the extra time and somewhere else it will save you few hundred dollars a month. Just think if they lied to me, they will surely lie to you as well.
