When we began this horrendous journey of life at The Parc, we were pleasantly surprised. After four years, we have suffered thru many inept managers and staff. These people could not get out of a dripping wet paper bag. They have all forgotten how they are paid, and I am positive that they could not spell customer service nor could they provide it. Over he years the maintence has been thoughtful and fast, but I am sure that this will fall to the wayside too, because of ineffective leadership. We have made several complaints about abandoned cars, loud pot smoking neighbors, people who use the stairway as a smoking lounge,and loud stomping neighbors. After four years of really bad service, (we asked for three years to have our walls touched up and to remove a three year old abandoned car in front of our apartment) I lost my temper and a 12 year old new assistant manager told me "to just calm down." Thank god...we can finally leave. What ever you do..... do not move here!!!!!
