I had a good experience at the complex but they decided my lease was longer than the 12 months I orginally signed. Now they have nailed my credit without even giving me a notice.Although living there was okay, it is worth them ruining your credit with poor book keeping' SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

The staff has no way to change a signed lease, 12 months or otherwise. However, as all apartment communities do, we require a notice to vacate. If none is left, and the resident simply moves out at the end of their lease, they are still responsible for this notice to vacate time period, or until the apartment is leased again. In every instance attempts are made to contact the resident to settle the dispute before sending them to collections.
