I hated this place with a passion but the new staff has really got their stuff together...
Dog mess will always be a problem when you allow dogs on the property. There are disgusting dog owners who think that grass is a toilet...the poor maintenance staff have to clean up the crap and they do a good job.
We had a problem last week that was taken very seriously and dealt with immediately.
They have managed to assemble an office staff worth a damn. Christy or Christie is great...
Edit: lease no longer and issue...again, great staff.

Unfortunately bugs are a part of living in this state, especially in the summer. However, we do offer and pay for pest control to come out every week for our residents. Any resident who takes advantage of this service will not see bugs in their apartment. Our maintenance staff is dedicated to keeping the grounds beautiful during the day. However, after hours we cannot help any build up of pet waste until the following morning. We do have fines in place for residents who do not follow pet procedures. Also we do not discriminate or form prejudged opinions against our prospects. Anyone who can pass our strict qualification process is welcome to rent! Well, most of the issues that occur are usually self inflicted when it comes to things such as dog ----, messy breeze ways (leaky garbage), and opened packages of food in cabinets (nasty people= bugs) Many of the issues seem to stem form grown adults not wanting to take care of things as a responsible grown adults should. I have lived here for 4 years and have not had any of these issues. Actually my friends that come to visit are extremely impressed with the appearance, amenities, and quietness of the community.
